His expertise includes bookkeeping using both manual systems and accounting software, audit support, tax health checks and tax compliance covering corporate tax, VAT, PAYE, withholding tax, and rental income tax. He is proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage, supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance processes.

Benedict holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Kenyatta University and is a continuing CPA student. He also holds professional certifications in QuickBooks and Sage accounting software.
